Last month and since 2004 I have reiterated the national security issues with China's escalating cyber-espionage aimed at the United States, their continual industrial espionage and over three-thousand Chinese "front-companies" that operate in the United States with the sole intent of siphoning-off American know-how and technology. In spite of knowing how China treats their own people, which isn't properly documented and televised, and their continual military/industrial espionage - most American and multi-national corporations continue to do business with a country that violates every concept of decency and humane treatment that is the great dividing factor between East and West. To the western World, life has some value, but in China, power, authority, and achieving their goals trumps any vestiges of humanity that most Westerner's take for granted - and they often turn a blind eye to their own citizenry on issues that if they occurred in any western country - would immediately result in shutting a corporation down or fining them out of existence. When China's industry sickens their own people, they actually punish the people seeking medical attention and turn a blind-eye to the perpetrator of the crime(s) - and American, multi-national, and Chinese corporations reap extremely high profits from human suffering and the poisoning of entire communities.

If we take the reports at face value propagated by the Mainstream News Media and China, we are led to believe that the rising tensions between China and the United States center around our arms sale to Taiwan and President Obama's refusal to honor China's demand to forgo a scheduled meeting with the Dalai Lama. The above issues are certainly a thorn in our relationship with China, but matters of far more importance represent the real cause of our nations problems with China. The tension between China and the U.S. has been escalating for years; the reasons are complicated and fraught with several underlying issues that neither party will publicly admit, and as usual, our Mainstream News Media is keeping its citizens in the dark. Some of the tension is a grave matter of national security, and one issue was substantiated/discovered by Shawn Carpenter, a courageous employee of Sandia National Laboratories who, after exposing a dire breach of our national security - was rewarded by being fired from his position at Sandia Labs.

Pneumonic plague poses a potentially increasing risk to humans in plague nonendemic regions either as a consequence of an aerosolized release or through importation of the disease. Pneumonic plague is person-to-person transmissible. How did China recognize this disease and control it so swiftly if they were not aware that it was coming - especially when it broke out in a remote area of China where they are known to hold their Tibetan population in contempt and favor the Hans Chinese???
