I'm sure that some of you have been wondering whether or not it was my sons that were involved in the Sean Dugas Murder Case originating out of Pensacola, Fl. This is a bizarre case and it has gained national attention, possibly because of the circumstances that surround a case that none of us have any answers to and also because Sean was a former News Reporter for the Pensacola News Journal. Journalists tend to care for their own so I expect a high degree of scrutiny in this matter and a trial that will be held under the microscope to ensure that all of the evidence is properly handled and the Press is satisfied that Sean receives justice in what appears to be a senseless crime.
The GOP seems bound and determined to start a Civil War within the United States, and while some people are not voicing their fears publicly, the undertones and fear are almost palpable, especially in consideration of the huge amounts of ammunition that has been ordered by several Federal agencies under the guise of "target practice" (Sic) and the continuation of staffing FEMA Interment Camps that are still being built within the United States.

It's no wonder congress has been polling so low. Since the internet was invented, Americans are starting to find out just how congress really works…did congress actually have to pass a (watered-down) law forbidding them to conduct insider trading on the stock market? Members of congress (as well at state legislatures, governors, etc.) are already above the law on almost everything else as it is now. They certainly don't lead by example, so why are they called our "leaders"…
The reality is that many of our elected officials no longer believe they are answerable to the people; that the Constitution is merely an outdated piece of paper; and that we the people are largely simpletons whom they mock with their political spin and tales – their smug demeanor evident all the way to the bank. House Republicans further threaten the middle class by rewarding companies for sending American jobs overseas. They want to revive the outsourcing loopholes that Democrats, including myself, have fought hard to close. These loopholes would exempt overseas profits from taxes, creating a greater incentive to relocate investments to other countries and leaving more of the tax burden to our middle class.
This is the Obama conundrum, and whether he's just a professional politician whose rhetoric and campaign promises mean nothing or simply an inexperienced President that screwed-up his first term by refusing to listen to his base, there is no concrete evidence that anything has changed since the last election cycle. Until President Obama answers these questions in public and provides answers that are true, factually correct and a plan to combat the inevitable GOP Obstructionism that we know will instantly materialize once the election is over, notwithstanding GOP threats of Economic Terrorism and their war on working-class America - I can't see where reelecting President Obama makes any sense what-so-ever.
A glaring contradiction exists in which some conservatives take issue with welfare for the needy but not for the wealthy or corporations…they hate these programs because they believe they create freeloaders and that people should fend for themselves, except for the wealthy and corporations of course… Consequently their mantra is welfare creates freeloaders and demand the programs be cut…but seldom do they demand cuts to subsidies that benefit the wealthy and corporations nor even acknowledge the existence of the corporate welfare system.
